why is broward so empty

Broward feels so empty with all the new buildings coming up, not enough black gamers, or nerds anywhere (they’re there but scarce) is anyone from broward scene and have piercings and just wanna be friends? i wanna make a huge discord groupchat with just broward friends so one day i could say “we made it out of the groupchat!”
