Which version of Windows 10 is still supported?

Hello, I'm truly fed up with Windows 11; it's a total mess. Is there still a version of Windows 10 available that will continue to receive updates? What do you recommend? I absolutely need Windows, but I don't want anything to do with this damn Windows 11. What are my options, given that Windows 10 is reaching its end of life?
