Where to walk-in DMV as a Broward County resident for license renewal?

I've been trying to renew my license for a little over two months now. (I didn’t know you could renew it up to 18 months in advance) I received my renewal notice in the mail, which said I could renew online. I’ve tried multiple browsers, cleared my cache and cookies, used my phone, and even had other people try for me — but no luck. The system keeps saying it can’t find my record. Oddly enough, when I search my license directly, it shows up just fine. I sent the renewal letter via certified mail on 04/03, but it seems like no one wants to sign for it. Now my license is set to expire in just 8 days. I can’t camp out at a DMV due to several health issues. I can walk-in and wait a couple hours but not 12 or 8 hours. The earliest appointment I could get is on June 20th, but I’m scheduled to leave for a cruise that same day. I don’t know if I’ll even have enough time to get in and out before heading to the port. Has anyone had any luck renewing in a different county? I checked the Martin and Hobe Sound websites, but it looks like they’re only accepting residents for walk-ins. There is seriously something wrong with this system. Something as basic as renewing a driver’s license shouldn’t be this hard. I’m honestly scared to drive with an expired license, but I still need to get to work. I’m a naturalized U.S. citizen, and with how things are these days(IYKYK), I really don’t want to take any chances.
