What is with the brown outs?

We live in western Broward and over the last month or two I’ve experienced 3-4, maybe 5? brown outs.

We had not seen one since like the pandemic (maybe 1-2 in there). They always happened in the summer, now in the middle of winter we have this many?

What is going on with the grid/FPL?
