venue for celebration of life reception

Planning my mom's funeral in Miami (expected, not easy nevertheless) from the other end of the country. I haven't lived in Miami for years, and she and my father moved to a retirement community in the Orlando area some time ago. However, they both wish to be buried in Miami, where they lived most of their lives and raised their family. My father wants to invite everyone who attends the burial to a reception or meal afterwards, and I'd like to honor his wishes. The challenge is that among their elderly cohort, it can be difficult to determine who is actually going to go and some people will go to the church but not the burial, or vice-versa. Some will want to go but find that ill health won't let them, and so forth. It won't be possible to get a firm head count up front.

The end result is I was thinking a standing/reception style event with passed food and stations can more easily flex to to a variable number of guests and the setup is more conducive to a shared event of remembrance and reconnecting with old friends.

Any recommendations for venues that can accomodate this in the Coral Gables or Westchester areas? This is coming together for Monday, so time is of the essence. thank you.
