Easy to chew meal ideas

I could really use some ideas on what to feed my elderly mom, please 🙏 She has diverticulitis, very few teeth and long covid so her taste is out of wack as well. I need some recipe ideas that are low chew/easy to chew, DON'T have seeds,rice, quinoa,peas, broccoli or corn(she cant eat them). She has become tired of just mashed potatoes and plain pastas so she just doesn't eat. I need to step in and basically feed her, so as many possible recipes that fit the requirements would be heavily appreciated 💖 Thank you!
