Stray kittens for adoption/fostering

Hello, my outdoor cat had 3 kittens and I don't want any. Can someone recommend animal shelters or adoption places so I can bring them in?

I know doral has a shelter but I saw a few reviews say it's not clean, had roaches, dogs are covered in their own feces, etc. So I want to take the kittens to a better and clean environment
