Resources for fostering a cat

We recently began fostering this sweet cat who appears to have been someone’s pet that was dumped in our neighborhood. I’m taking her to the vet tomorrow to get her checked out and hopefully spayed this week. Already tried reaching out to possible owners on next door/facebook/ asking neighbors/etc. I’ve also tried contacting multiple rescues in the area and they are all full. (Saving Sage, Humane Society, Animal Aid, Abandoned Pet Rescue, Cats Exclusive) I’ve been asking around for people who have experience fostering or are seriously interested in fostering but just thought I would throw it out here. She may be pregnant but we are planning on getting her spayed and letting her recover with us before trying to get her set up for a new foster or adopted. Please let me know if anyone here has experience or would be interested in fostering. Thank you
