Reporting daycare or teacher for possible child exploitation.

In light of the recent FBI arrests, there's a few incidents at a Miramar daycare that involved TikTok and I'd like to report anonymously....truly anonymous. I have the teachers' phone number (who may or may not work there anymore) but I believe the male owner may have something to do with it also. Any tips or people to contact, leave an email would be good. Sometimes things only click when other things come out and I have to alert someone. I'd rather be wrong than right.
