Rediscovering hobbies as an adult!

Hi all! I've come back to Broward after schooling and miss all the activities I used to do as a kid. I want to get back into horseback riding, ballet, jazz, and all the things I used to love but most things seem targeted towards kids. Does anyone have personal experiences with adult classes/activities in Broward? It doesn't just have to be dance and horseback riding, I love learning all kinds of things!
