Rabies testing in Homestead?

Hey guys, it’s 10pm and I found a bat outside that a little cat I feed was attacking. I’m guessing it got disoriented from the fireworks and crashed into the ground. I have it in a bucket inside my house with a lid on (it’s well ventilated and it has access to fresh air). Every number I’ve dialed either tell me they don’t deal with that or direct me to other places that are closed. In any the case, I wanna get the bat tested for rabies asap but no one I’m contacting seems to be of any help. I’m a bit worried bc the cat hasn’t had a rabies vaccine since she first got spayed early last year. And I also feel so bad for the little bat because it just seems so scared and I know it’s gonna have to be euthanized to get tested unfortunately. This is just a messy situation that I’d like to figure out asap. Any advice? Thanks
