A couple years ago i lived in Pembroke pines. I would go to a restaurant and i dont know if it was Honduran, Nicaraguan, el Salvador, or Guatemalan. They tore down the plaza and took out the restaurant. Anyway. They had a huge hot case area. They would grill steaks ( carne asada ) right in front of you and it would go in the hot case. They were delicious and cheap af. I know they also sold like thick tortillas. Is their anyplace in broward that has a central American food where they grill steaks that go in a hot case?
