Power Flickering on and off

Hi everyone! I just woke up (it’s 4 am) to my power going in and out. I’m a little freaked out right now just because I live alone and don’t have any family or really even close friends that even live in the state. Is there any chance anyone is awake atm and could ease my mind a little? I live in an apartment in the Allapattah area. Thank you!
