Park Mobile said no need to pay - got a ticket in Miami Beach

Parked in Miami Beach last night around 8 pm, close to Faena. Tried several times through Park Mobile just to be sure - no, no need to pay. Of course I come out 2 hours later to a $36 ticket on my windshield.

Is this contestable?
