Niche low cost restaurants and bars

Hello! Tampa native going to Supercon in Sunday for the first time. We’ll be there early Saturday for dinner and night life. Looking for some Miami staples that are on the not $$$ side. Would love an 80s or indie bar/night club, or some authentic Latin food that’s not crazy expensive. Thanks!
