Midway to Naples bar?

I’ve got a buddy I haven’t seen in years that will be in Naples for a few days. His schedule only gives him Monday, a work day for me, free. Logistics don’t allow me to go there, and his time is limited and can’t come here. Is there a watering hole in between somewhere, at all? I found a Dunkin’ donut on “snake road” that appears to be halfway on 75, and weirdly had Fort Lauderdale as the addressed city.
