Miami Beach parking ticket via camera

Has anyone got a parking ticket at miami beach via a camera? I was picking up some mexican around 500 Euclid ave, where I had to park for 5 min in a loading zone in front of the shop to pick up the order, I'm very sure no parking police were around and I was keeping an eye on my car the entire time. However a month later I got a mail that I have a parking ticket past due from that date and time.

Has anyone had similar experiences at Miami beach? the only explanation I can see there's some kind of camera somewhere that's taking pictures from that place and they are sending out tickets automatically, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
