Looking for band member in Miami

Hi everyone! I’m an aspiring artist that’s in an Indie R&B girl group based in Miami and we’re currently looking for one more member. Where would be the best place to find aspiring artists/musicians who would be interested in joining? We expect to make a career out of this and need a member who is as passionate as we are.
