How do men wear suits in Miami?

I work IT support and have a very relaxed dress code. The standard khakis and a dry fit polo. Even in this I often sweat a lot at work. Now I am not just sitting at a desk all day. Lots of walking around and moving/installing equipment. When I see someone wearing a suit it makes me hot.
