How can teenagers make friends in Miami Beach?

Context, I’m 16, live in Miami Beach, and don’t have much to do this summer. I don’t want to party or do crazy stuff, I just am interested in regular things where I can meet people. I have zero friends who live in this area. Where should I look? Additionally, I’m not socially anxious/awkward/inept, it’s just all my friends are up in Broward. I need something local.
