So for context my mum has only every made her rice with water. Because of this I've always thought I hated rice. I only liked it with copious amounts of soy sauce, which I rarely do as I know its not healthy.
However, I was following a recipe the other day which said to cook the rice in stock and I loved it!
This left me intrigued, has everyone been cooking rice this way the whole time?? And I just didnt know? Or is this simple the only way I like rice?
