I’ve been practicing noticing emotions without labeling them as good or bad.
Instead of “I’m anxious,” I try: “Anxiety is present.”
It shifts something inside — like the emotion has space to move instead of getting stuck.
It’s fascinating how the mind reacts when we finally slow down. Have you ever noticed what shows up the moment you sit in silence?
