Did anyone else experience this? Was I scammed?

So basically earlier this year I took the driving test and passed but I took it with a driving school in homestead not with the DMV. I booked my appointment a few days after the exam. (Which ended up being 2 months after my exam) when I went to the dmv (Florida city) they lady said that I was not in the system. And I’m like what do you mean ? I showed her the picture I took of my results that they had on a little iPad at my driving exam. But she says she looked and didn’t find me in the system. After calling the school they confirmed I am indeed in the system. They said they emailed some people in Tallahassee that confirmed I am in the system and I passed my test. And I’m just there like 🧍🏿‍♀️🧍🏿‍♀️ where do I go from here? The driving school told me to go to a different dmv because the people in Florida City don’t do their jobs. But like??? Am I crazy cause if it’s all the same shit why am I not showing up? I’m considering taking the test again with a more well known driving school that people I know have gone to and had no issues. Has this happened to anyone? Any advice is appreciated. TL;DR after passing driving exam I’m not showing up in the system should I just take the test again with a different driving school?

EDIT: THANK YOU everyone that responded and reached out. I appreciate y’all and have decided to try and get someone on the phone from FLHSMV to check if my test results are posted and get a physical copy of the info from driving school. I’ll just be one of those people waiting at 3am.
