Coral Springs staple of 20+ years being forced out and deemed an “undesirable business” by Dave’s Hot Chicken

Colorfast Studios has been a staple of the Coral Springs community for 20 plus years. They were one of the few businesses in their plaza to survive the pandemic. They were a part of the healing of the community after The Marjory Stoneman Douglas shooting and have contributed to the greatness in small business in Coral Springs. They are being forced out of their location by Roark Capital/Dave’s Hot Chicken because this corporation doesn’t like the idea of sharing its space with a tattoo shop.
