Does anyone know of any local efforts to voice against this? I checked with the Friends of the Everglades folks and reached out to officials with the template letter they have.
There's a long history in Florida of environmental and local groups standing up against major infrastructure projects in the Everglades and getting these stopped. I'm hoping for a similar result.
Anyone know of anything being done?
