Building recommendations

I need building recommendations that don’t have paper thin walls and is not very old either. My neighbors are so f unbearable with the noise and haven’t been able to sleep in over a week, it’s driving me crazyy.

I’m looking for something in downtown, midtown or edgewater. 1bd under $3k. If anyone has a good recommendation I would really appreciate it 😭
