Best condos in midtown

I’m 18 and looking to move to midtown sometime in the next year. I’m probably not going to rent a car because everything is easily walkable. I want to go to anatomy midtown and be within a 10 minute walk from there so some building in edgewater woukd be good too. I want to know the nicest buildings that I should look at
