Anyone know of any Lash Extension Artists that can do anime/manga sets?

Im looking everywhere, and I cant seem to find any lash artists who have any type of anime/manga sets in their portfolio. I want something very similar to this set if not almost exactly.

If anyone can give me any recommendations where I can see that theyve done something similar before that would be great. thank you in advance
