Any recommendations for Partial Hospitalization or Intensive Outpatient Programs?

Good morning,

I have been dealing with some rather debilitating mental health issues for a while now. I just moved to the area and think I need a little extra support, I’m looking for a PHP or IOP in the area. Does anyone have any recommendations?

I would love a place that does group therapy and meet with a psychiatrist once a week.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
