Advice for Finding a Job in Radiography After Graduating from Broward College

Hi everyone,

I’m planning to graduate with an Associate of Science in Radiography Technology from Broward College in 2026. I’m starting to think about how to transition from school to a full-time career in the U.S., and I’d love some advice.

Some questions I have:

• What’s the best way to find radiography jobs in hospitals, clinics, or government healthcare settings?
• How important is certification/licensure (ARRT) before applying for jobs?
• Any tips for building a strong resume or networking in healthcare?
• Are there federal or state programs that help new grads get placed in medical imaging roles?

I’m open to entry-level positions, internships, or any advice on how to get my foot in the door. Any personal experiences or tips would be incredibly helpful!
