Why are Miami Drivers like this?

this isn’t horrible ig but also, my favorite, stopping like 12+ feet before the white line. I don’t understand why it’s so stupid like I know it’s partially attitude but even the origin of that, what the fuck?? Born and raised in Florida, been everywhere in the state, no one is as bad as y’all here…
