Hi, I just got back from a visit to Seattle and had lots of white coffee (I know, the jokes write themselves).
It’s coffee roasted half of the way through and to a lower temperature. By roasting it to this much lower temperature, you get a whitish colored bean that is higher in caffeine because you roast out less caffeine. It has a nuttier flavor as a result. I’m obsessed.
Does anyone know of any coffee places that offer it in Miami? Thanks so much!
