Which attic antenna should I get for my mom's low-reception area?

My mom wants to ditch cable and primarily wants to be able to get the news which is on K31MK-D, but it shows poor signal. I could install an attic antenna for her.

Her house is in a low area unfortunately which I'm sure is contributing to these results. It looks like a number of channels are in a line though if there's an antenna that could pick any of those up.

If I increase the height above ground to 16' is switches to "Fair" signal. I think in the attic the peak might be 18'-20' up but I have not measured yet.

Is there a way to make this work? Any suggestions on what to buy?
