Where to move to around WPB?

Going to relocate and buy a house. Budget is 2 mil. I’m 43 and single. My parents live on singer island. I don’t know the area very well outside of singer island. I don’t mind living in a seedier area for more bang for buck. I’ve lived in grimy Brooklyn and other seedy places so I purposely avoid posh locations to stretch my money. Any towns close by singer island that I should check out? No condos and hoas pls. Cribs with multi car garages. Thx bros.
