Where to drop off e-waste/e-recylcing in boca for free?

I have an old vacuum and some old small kitchen appliances that I'd like to dispose of. Ideally a free pickup would be best for me since I'm disabled and it's difficult for me to get places but I couldn't find anything like that so I'm wondering where this can be dropped off without being charged a fee?
