28 year old Latino Male working remote in tech deciding where to move to from NYC (shocker). I’m pretty much between Brickell and Las Olas.
About me: I love to stay active and walkability is a must for me as I won’t (at least initially) have a car. I love having lots to do and am pretty fitness oriented/want to look good.
At the same time though I don’t love the flexing/superficialness that Miami has the reputation of. I like to go out and have a few drinks, not deal with promoters/stupid ass night clubs.
I feel Brickell might be an easier transition but Las Olas also has a lot going on and is way more down to earth, it feels a little young/fratty when I went. Was considering Miro Brickell or Flow Las Olas.
Any advice?
