Where is the reggae scene?

Why is it such a struggle to find roots reggae music in Miami? And no, i’m not talking about reggaeton. I’m talking about OG roots reggae music. How are we this close to the Caribbean and Jamaica in general and not a sweet sound of reggae, old or new is anywhere to be found. Is this a dying genre?
