What’s up with Brightline WiFi?

Took Brightline today from Orlando to Miami.

A friend swore WiFi was great so I decided to try it out.

It’s the worst WiFi I’ve experience in years. Couldn’t connect for about 40% of the trip. When I did, it was short lived and would disconnect. When I was actually on, it was super slow.

This was worse than on American.

Did I just have bad luck today? Is it usually great?
