What’s the best way to go to the beach in Palm Beach?

This may sound like a dumb question, but what’s the best way to go to the beach in Palm Beach? My mother moved to West Palm a few months ago, but she’s feeling intimidated about where the easily accessible beaches are, how to deal with parking, are there bathrooms, places to get food/drinks? Are there beach chairs you can rent? And if the answer to any of those questions is No, is there a place within 20-25 mins of West Plam that has all of those things?
