Wedding dress alterations

I just got quoted $1200 for my wedding dress alterations. 😭 If anyone knows a place/ seamstress where I can go and get quoted cheaper plsss let me know.

Need about 3-4 sizes down on the torso And adjust the length of the dress Top has lace.
