Vet recommendations for a found puppy?

Came across the opportunity to take in a dog from a friend who found a puppy in a dumpster.

When we pick him up, we want to take him straight to a vet to see if he is microchipped, get flea + tick treatment, and find out what vaccines we need to give him.

Looking at either the Banfield in Petsmart on Linton or GoodVets in Boynton. Does anyone have any recommendations? A low cost is definitely a driving factor.
