Raquel Regalado, comissioner in Miami Dade County (third largest county in FL) is tryijg to make it illegal to feed community animals like cats and dogs. She rather have them starve to death than allow community volunteers to feed them. Please sign this petition and say NO to letting our community animals in Miami-Dade.
