Upcoming restaurants/shops in West Palm or Palm Beach?

I am working on my bi monthly blog post for upcoming restaurants and shops coming to West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.

Does anyone know of a resource where I can find what is up and coming? Or can anyone tell me about new spots they know of?

I had several places to pitch on my Jan blog post but this month is much quieter! Thank you all.
