unlicensed contractor work

my mom hired someone to do her kitchen. in dbpr, I see he has unlicensed contractor complaints. i have the complaint numbers. i tried calling but the menu options seem to be more about submitting a complaint than learning about old complaints. how can i found out more about the old complaints? can i get the reports?
