Traveling here for an Interview

Hey guys. I’ll be traveling here for an interview at South University WPB towards the end of this month. What are the most affordable hotels to stay at in this area that are close to South University? I’m planning to Uber around instead of renting a car. I’ll have around 2-3 hours after my interview before I fly back home. Anything I should absolutely check out? I’m coming from SoCal so I know nothing about this area.
