Drive through certain areas of Miami and you’ll see hundreds/thousands of homes taking up prime real estate to house hundreds of people when you could probably fit all those people into one high rise.
Where are the complaints about that any time luxury high rises are brought up?
Isn’t it worse that entire neighborhoods are out of reach, vs some city blocks?
Gables by the sea, etc. all those fancy neighborhoods. Thoughts?
