Support for Non-Profits?

Hi! Anyone know of programs in South Florida that support local non-profits with services like social media, website development, and providing building furniture?

I’ve searched around but have not had much luck. If it helps, the non-profit is located in Palm Beach. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
