Sunny isle or Surfside

Hi all! I looked through some past threads but didn’t find quite what I am looking for… we are planning to move down this winter with 2 kids (5+2) and are wondering if people recommend sunny isle or surfside. And any specific buildings in particular? My partner speaks Russian (thus the interest in sunny isle). Looking to be walking distance to the beach, shops, pool in the building and of course safe. somewhere kids can run around and hopefully build a community.
