Street parking calle 8

Anyone know why the street parking has yellow tape and a sign that says “no parking” it’s from 17 ave til the cvs on Calle 8

The yellow tape is tied to the trees and a temporary sign with no parking.

I’m wondering if they’re doing some type of project? Sucks there is less parking to visit there.
