Speed Ticket in Deerfield

I have received a school zone speeding ticket and there were no signs. No points just $100 penalty but I went back over there. Took video. I came into the school zone halfway through saw nothing! It was a video ticket and I was going 30mph. I saw kids and became nervous so went slower but no other cars. Anyone I can send it to? Call? Suggestions? I’m very upset and don’t have $$ I feel I should be made to pay.
